Nader Behjat


Nader Behjat holds a BEng in Petroleum Engineering from The University of New South Wales, Australia and a MBA from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

During his professional career since 1994 he has been delivering well construction and well intervention work for several large service companies and global oil & gas companies.

Areas of expertise include field development planning, well design, artificial lift design, intelligent wells, multi-laterals, flow assurance and live well interventions. Nader has worked in various countries, including the UK, USA, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand and most recently Norway.

Nader is also co-founder of WellSet AS (www.wellset.no).

Grant Knight


Grant Knight holds a first class MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from The University of Edinburgh with his master's thesis written in collaboration with ETH Zurich.

Following completion of ExxonMobil`s graduate Drilling Engineering training scheme, he has worked internationally for the last 13 years, initially offshore at the wellsite and latterly as an office-based Drilling Engineer, Superintendent and Well Engineering Manager.

He has planned and executed a wide variety of well types, both onshore and offshore in Africa, the Middle East and most recently Norway.

Grant is also co-founder of WellSet AS (www.wellset.no).

Craig Usher

UK Director and R&D Team Lead

Craig Usher holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Glasgow. 

Following university, he spent a summer with Apache North Sea as a Drilling Engineer involved in various roles both in the office and offshore. He then worked with Schlumberger as a Cementing Field Engineer in numerous offshore and land-based locations within the UKCS. 

Most recently, Craig spent two years working with Fraser Well Management on their Drilling Engineer Training Scheme. This involved spending a year offshore on a fast track programme through rig crew positions followed by Drilling Materials Coordinator and Wellsite Drilling Engineer. 
Craig has also spent time in office based operational roles and has applied his cementing experience in delivering well abandonment basis of design to multiple UKCS operators.

Frank S. Lie Schieldrop


Frank has more then 30 years managerial experience from the Oil & Gas industry, primarily oil service segment and oil country tubular goods providers in the capacity of operational, sales, business development, management and leadership roles. This comprised companies with origin and head offices both in Europe, Japan and United States.

Frank was part of Weatherford Norge AS for 15 years, of which 9 years as CEO & Country Manager for all Norwegian based activity. He has also held the role as Chairman for all entities in Norway. His other experience within Weatherford includes 3 years as Global Account Manager for Weatherford's business with Statoil worldwide.

Frank holds a Market Economist degree from Norwegian Business School and Innovation, Strategy and Leadership Executive program from INSEAD in France.

Frank has served as member of OLF/NOROG’s top management forum for supply industry for years. Throughout his carrier he has been a professional board executive. He is currently working as Independent Executive Management Advisor within various industries and companies.

Aneley Lampugnani

Executive Assistant

Aneley Lampugnani holds a Bachelor in Advertising & Public Relations from the University Rovira i Virgili (Spain), and a Master of Science in Leadership, from the University of Stavanger (Norway).

Her areas of expertise are communication, marketing, and Public Relations, and in the past she has worked as host and producer in Radio, social media expert and event planner. She has also collaborated with online and paper publications, such as Smis (Student media at the University of Stavanger). 

Her passion for communication reflects on awards such as the Orator Project of French and English Language (2005) and the Spanish National Debate Competition (2013).
